Hi I’m Rachel!

I  hail from Las Vegas, NM and relocated to Albuquerque in 2012 after graduating from Robertson High school. I attended cosmetology school at Aveda Institute NM in 2015, and a year later enrolled at the ABQ Barber College to receive my dual license in barbering.

The Barberologist Lounge was established in 2018 and is a one chair suite located  at Sola salon in uptown. In 2019, I won best barbershop, during the pandemic, I was top Five barbershop and kids cuts and in 2022 I am proud to say I am the best barbershop and kids cuts kids for Abq The Magazine, which it is my honor to represent the barber industry in this great city!

I provide the greatest barber techniques with a cosmetology mindset in an intimate environment for men, women and children. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
